The eHealth Mom is a Community Health Service Delivery mobile-based platform co-developed between TibaSalama and the Ministry of Health Tanzania for use by Community Health Workers (CHWs) as they provide household-to-household Integrated Community Case Management (iCCM) to families, particularly pregnant women and children. Tailored for use in low-resource settings, eHealth Mom is used for service delivery and reporting, health facility referral management and case follow up and monitoring.

CHW Training and Capabilities

- Educate mothers using digital visual and audio content
