TibaSalama Digital Health Company Limited is a Tanzanian social enterprise focused on improving maternal and child health, especially for pregnant women and children aged 0–5 in rural areas.

Registered under BRELA (No. 182700592), TibaSalama operates from key locations including Dar es Salaam, Tanga, and Dodoma. The company partners with the Tanzanian government to address high maternal and newborn mortality by leveraging digital technologies and engaging Community Health Workers.

Their mission is to provide quality, timely, and safe care through monitoring, education, and referrals, reaching underserved and hard-to-access communities to ensure healthier outcomes from pregnancy through the first five years of life.

Many rural families face barriers such as long distances to facilities, poor infrastructure, low health awareness, financial hardship, lack of insurance, and shortages of skilled staff and medical supplies. TibaSalama's mission is to overcome these challenges through timely care, education, and referrals to save lives.
