The Reproductive, Child, and Health Excellence Program (RCH-EP) is designed to tackle the root causes of maternal and child mortality. We focus on breaking the barriers defined by the 3 Delays Model:

• Delay 1: Seeking care due to limited awareness or cultural beliefs.
• Delay 2: Reaching health facilities due to poor infrastructure and distance.
• Delay 3: Receiving quality and timely services once at the facility.
